Under the Boardwalk - SunTrust Pier 225’s live presentation, Under the Boardwalk, features the incredible California sea lions of Georgia Aquarium. These highly social pinnipeds and their dedicated trainers will show you how they work together in a live training session – and why this is such an important part of animal care here at Georgia Aquarium.

Waddle Walk - Don’t be surprised to see a penguin waddling by the next time you visit Georgia Aquarium! Trainers will lead several African penguins on a daily stroll across the Aquarium’s main Atrium, allowing you to see this amazing species up close, and providing an important form of enrichment for the penguins in our Georgia-Pacific Cold Water Quest gallery.
Animal Encounters - Now you can go behind the scenes and enjoy an exclusive personal experience with one of our energetic aquatic animals through our Animal Encounters! Guests have the option to participate in our Penguin Encounter, pool-side Dolphin Encounter or Sea Otter Encounter.
